There are problems with certain groups of people not accessing health care or having different medical needs because of culture etc. For example, I would assume Muslims have far fewer liver problems than hard drinking Irish Catholics. There is a problem with more black women dying from pregnancy complications than white women. And this does need investigating.
But simply because someone's relation did not get the appropriate medical care, it does not mean their care should take great precedence over another's.
It is about allocating resources.
The Sewell Report a few years ago was actually v good on this. HOwever I suspect once Labour gets in, a more neo-racist approach will be taken to the detriment of all.

A close second will be the scandal of teaching “anti-racist”medical care in medical schools. In the US at least. This is a real thing and it has captured many American medical schools.
