Oh I forgot to mention the metamorphosis of Greta Thunberg from climate change holy maid to Pally-Ally pin up. Fairly predictable as Holy Maids do grow. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/12/11/greta-thunbergs-descent-climate-militant-pro-palestine/ or https://archive.ph/U8CCK

Also Tracy Edwards recounts what happened when Greta did not want to be seen flying...apparently they flew the skipper out instead. https://x.com/TracyEdwardsMBE/status/1867361885043200177

Nice catches. Figures, doesn't it?

It does. I never quite understood why she was so lauded, but then I always considered School Strikes to be idiotic and unlikely to accomplish much except ignorance.

And because this is just in. Dr Hilary Cass has intervened as some MPs have indulged in misinformation. She has patiently explained why giving PB for early onset puberty is different from giving the drugs for gender dysphoria. Well worth a read. https://www.thetimes.com/uk/healthcare/article/hilary-cass-puberty-blocker-ban-misinformation-2dc36vpd5 or https://archive.ph/CbwNh

Another great article, Michelle. TY.

I thought so.

This is Janet Turner's op-ed on the proposed trial. https://archive.ph/BNAw6

I personally think the proposed trial is premature. They need to discover a reliable test which sorts out the children with gender-confusion who will outgrow during puberty from those who will go on to develop full blown Adult Gender dysphoria. The current guess is that only 10-15% will go on to develop Adult dysphoria. How can you ethically give the medication, if you can't make that determination?

I agree. It's a slippery slope. TY again, Michelle.

Is there any accurate number of children who were given puberty blockers in the UK? Will there now be a flood of lawsuits? Imagine being given puberty blockers or letting your child take them and now they are banned merely a few years after the GD craze started? Unreal.

And speaking of unreal, if anyone needed another reason to want to move to the great state of New Jersey, the drones are everywhere. They were over my town last night. A friend from about 45 minutes south of me sent photos and they look like UFOs. Biden and his idiots have no idea where they came from and no one seems to be doing anything about it. I can’t wait for these people to be out and Trump back in.

I saw about the drones! It is odd.

It turns out that Prince Andrew was friends with a top level Chinese spy btw.

There are law suits going on in the UK. I think about 1k families have signed up. The medical scandal will run and run. Many parents are still drinking the kool-aide because admitting that would be to admit that you allowed your child to be condemned to a life of medical problems for no good reason.

I heard a snippet by a BidenBot who claimed that there were no sightings that could not be dismissed as aircraft, etc... what is Beyond Gaslighting?

Yes because they are in packs and literally look like UFOs. I wish I could post my friend’s picture from last night. You would never mistake it for planes or choppers flying at night. Biden is crap. 💩

I think Jill Biden is doing an Edith Wilson at this point. They are disengaging.

You can see the power draining away. It will be better for all concerned when the transition is over.

And they have been spotted near US bases in the UK apparently.

Goes to show how much these people ever cared about Americans. Like spoiled children who leave a mess on their way out the door.

As I have said, the Unwinding made me think that this was how they'd behave.

I just hope Trump actually improves things.

However the cynic in me says -- it will go wrong in a different way.

Anything is possible. He will be stymied at every turn and anything he does do well will be negatively spun in the press as one catastrophic failure after another. I have hope. I would have had none if Kamala won.

And I think it’s another problem Biden will push off on Trump. Jan 20 can’t come fast enough.

Kemi is brilliant! Were I a British citizen I’d vote for her in a heartbeat!

The Tory party was v lucky to get her. She is such a breath of fresh air. I know quite a few Tory members who voted for her.

Hopefully she will inspire some American politicians.

I think you have a typo (or auto-correct fail) in your first piece: should be “precocious” (not “precious”) puberty.

It will be a typo which I didn't spot. Thank you for pointing it out.

Hello Northumberland! Good to see Ya this Friday the Thirteenth.

That was a shocking story about Sara Sharif. So sad.

The Norfolk Library is typical.

That was a great article about Kemi and Vance. Two peas in a pod.

I was glad to see the result for Moira Deeming. And good to read about the Library.

I'm glad to see the book is progressing. Best o' luck to You.

And, of course, Paddy looks great.

And also of course, TY for the fine roundup, Michelle. Appreciate You.

Good to see you to JT. The Sharif story is stomach turning in its awfulness.

Taking a break from tweaking. Why is it that ideas for the why suddenly come at the end? Things are making more sense in my mind now. I have to make sure that they are on the page and not just in my head though.

Oh, the new Strike tv series: The Ink Black Heart debuts on BBC on the 19th. I suspect it will be on PBS Mysteries in the new year.

I love the strike series. Hopefully it will be on Max not PBS. PBS takes forever.

I do think the Ink Black Heart was not her best. But I’ll still watch!
