It’s funny about Megan Markle, too. It seems as if recollections may vary for everyone who comes into contact with her.

TYTY. Got distracted and just now saw this, Ma'am. Per Your usual, it was just *great!*

And You're so *funny too.*

"Whether one objects to this imposition may depend on where your latest drive just landed or how much your other enjoys the game."

I didn't check as many of the links as usual, on account-a I'm going out for my daily constitutional in just a few minutes. But I gotta say! Nice catch on that article no the Unherd. I dunno I'm up to reading a 1000-page mystery. But if I was, this would be the one. I'm only afraid that JKR's giving a nuanced look into the Woke hateful on the 'Net will put me off. I just prefer to look at them as deranged idiots. (Like Oberlin College, if You saw that story yesterday.)

Was sorry to "hear" about UK's problem with single parents. Dunno how bad it is here, but probably worse than there.

Also, can't recall... You're a Man U fan, right? No biggie. Back in a few... And TYTY once again!

Yes I am a Man U -- became that way when I started going out with my husband. He agreed to support the 49ers and the Giants and I agreed Man U. When our children were young, he used to have season tickets and take one of them (normally the eldest) off to home matches.

Apparently the books are v good. I haven't read her Robert Galbraith books but friends tell me that they are exceptional -- you want to start at the beginning.

I saw the Oberlin Story yesterday. I had hoped it was all settled and the College would pay up. It is disgusting. Another example of Coercive Progressivism in action.

I haven’t read JKs Galbraith books but I’ll put them on the list.

This is excellent. It’s exactly what’s happening. I think there needs to be an alternative way to publish or place where you don’t have to be “vetted” by these trolls.

49ers *and* Giants?!? That seems an odd combination. But knock Yourself *out,* Ma'am!

I ordered the first three of the Galbraith books from the library system. They'll come in shortly. "The Ink Black Heart?" Not so much, like I figured. There's 104 copies in total. Then there's another 150 in front-a me on the list. Well, that should give me time to go through all the others! :-)

TYTY again, Ma'am. (And also TY to Bull's Eye for comments. :-)

SOrry AMerican football and baseball. So SF Giants, not Oakland As. Not NY Giants. Although I think the SF Giants used to be the NY Giants a long time ago. Moved in the 1950s.

I do hope you enjoy them. It is a small act of defiance to read them.

We have a Yankees/ Mets conflict in my house! I’m a lifelong NYY fan but I do like watching the Mets. Now our NY football Giants are terrible but they’re still my favorite.

And TY to JT. I always enjoy your comments.

Sounds like You need double vision for baseball. But NY Giants terrible? I was a Cincinnati *Bengals* fan when they *never* got into the playoffs. I stopped watching TV and *then* they started doing alright. Figures.

TYTY for compliment. You one of two.

The first Super Bowl I remember was 49ers/Bengals. Joe Burrow lived in the town where I went to college.

We should know later today. Sorry I have been away. I am v pleased we have Liz Truss. Suella Braverman (do you remember her speech I highlighted earlier this summer?) is supposed to get the Home Office.

The Queen looks v old btw.

Nice to "hear" from You, Ma'am! (NO need to apologize, tho. Sheesh!) Yeah, we're *both* pleased.

I'm sorry, but one-a my worst flaws is names. They don't register like they should. Not to mention poor memory in general. I'd mebbe recall the speech if I heard some-a it. I vaguely remember a real good one on some subject, but not who made it. So, sorry. But if You like her for Home Office, I'm sold.

Can't wait to hear that Kemi gets a good spot. Sorry to hear about the Queen, tho. TYTY for writing.
