It’s easy not to get canceled when you deny it exists, which protects your own potential cancellation.

Yes, Joanne Harris is a fairly obnoxious individual. When Anthony Horowitz complained last week -- she dismissed him as another White Cis Man complaining. She took over the role when Phillip Pullman had to quit over various twitter spats.

It is a disgrace. Apparently back in the day when the fatwa was first issued basically only three people would publicly stand with Rushdie. Baroness Emma Nicholson's husband was one of those men.

Anyway fingers crossed.
